The house is No. 20. The Leech family lived in the cottage. The cottages were occupied from early 1924 and the last Westlake cottage was removed 1965. The majority were sold from the late 1950s and moved to new sites. One is in Oaks Estate, some in Queanbeyan and others at the south coast.
