Gent on the right with white shirt and black bow tie is Perce Douglas, who established many sporting clubs/groups in Canberra, and was also Canberra's 1st Fire Chief. He may well have been the referee that night?? He is my late Grandfather..

This photograph is reproduced in one of the Canberra Community News magazines. The boxer on the left I think is 'Kid' Dencio who won a Lightweight Belt. The event took place in the Causeway Hall.
